To do this, I use a coaching approach in conjunction with a therapeutic tool called Emotional Freedom Techniques, which is often described as psychological acupressure.
This technique is a stress reduction tool that helps you feel calmer when addressing areas of difficulty in your life.
It allows you to find new perspectives and see situations in ways that make challenges easier to overcome.
It’s through addressing limiting beliefs, unresolved trauma and unconscious blocks that you begin to understand you have everything you need within you to create the life you want.
And when you reach this understanding, your behaviours start to align allowing you to create the results you want.
